Natalie is an technology executive with over 15 years of experience in developing and executing technology strategies. A graduate of Carnegie Mellon and MIT, Natalie has held global responsibilities in previous roles at Goldman Sachs, Microsoft, and Amazon. She has conducted research at MIT and the Interamerican Development Bank, focusing on Blockchain technology.
Natalie is seasoned speaker on AI, blockchain and DE&I topics. She has been recognized with the HITEC 50 award from 2018 to 2022. She has led significant initiatives such as the worldwide Technical Women at Microsoft and co-founded LATINITY, the largest Women in Tech Conference in LATAM, inspired by the Grace Hopper Celebration. Additionally, she serves on the boards of Latinas in Computing and the Boston Ballet (2022-2024) and is a lifetime member of the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers, NYC Chapter.
Currently, Natalie leads Darshana, a startup dedicated to collecting verified work records and utilizing them to retrain tools and algorithms to enhance the hiring process and in general, get trusted data to build better AI. She previously led GenAI strategy for LATAM at AWS.

2023: Left Amazon Web Services (NASDAQ: AMZN) where she led GenAI, web3 and disruptive tech adoption supporting executives (C-Level) from LATAM
2022: Joined Amazon Web Services as a Principal Tech Advisor, a trusted advisor and technology and business architect
2021: Funded Darshana Inc. with the aim to unlock value of global talent, and to get source data to train AI
2022-2024: Became a Member of the Board of Advisors of the Boston Ballet
2022-2023: Funded SINBA, Fitco and Dippi as an Angel Investor
2021: Left Auna (NYSE: AUNA) after leading transformational projects for technology and digital businesses and setting up a mindset to growth for the organization
2021: Became a Core Member of Underscore VC
2020: Became an advisor to BenchK12
2020: Joined Auna as one of the first corporate management hires and to support digital projects to help with COVID-19
2018-2020: Was the CTO at the Blockchain Challenge a global blockchain advocacy platform
2018-2020: Lead rational7 a global consulting firm as a Partner and General Manager for LATAM
2018-2019: Was a consultant for the Interamerican Development Bank, led engaged Blockchain projects between IaDB and the MIT Media Lab
2016-2017: Was part of the MIT Sloan Fellows Program
2012-2016: Joined Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT) as an Architect (later principal) and for the Office of the CTO, Americas as a trusted advisor
2010-2012: Joined Goldman Sachs (NYSE: GS) as a Project Manager first in NY and later in Sao Paulo office
2008-2009: Was part of the Masters of Information Systems and Management at Carnegie Mellon University
2000-2008: Credicorp, BCP, Pacifico Insurance (NYSE: BAP) Led technology standards, technology operations, deployed new technologies as a systems engineer among other functions
1995-2000: Was a Systems Engineering student at Universidad de Lima where I was the captain (senpai) of the Karate team
